Keeping you signed in

You stay signed in on a device until you tap Sign out — there is no "you were idle" sign-out. If your phone keeps forgetting you, the phone is throwing its own saved sign-in away. Two things help:

1. iPhone: Settings → Safari → turn Block All Cookies OFF, and don't use Private Browsing.
2. Open the site the same way each time — links inside email or social apps use their own separate browser, which starts you fresh.

Tip: after signing in, tap Share → Add to Home Screen so the site opens like an app.
